Delivery and Production Policy

All products are shipped within 10 to 15 business days after the completion of production. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and local customs procedures, which are outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation along with tracking information when available.
The production time for our products can take up to a maximum of 40 days, depending on the type, complexity, and specifications of the order. Standard products with no customization typically require shorter production times, while custom-built, made-to-order, or highly specialized products may require additional time for engineering, assembly, testing, and quality control. Production timelines are always estimated and communicated as clearly as possible at the time of order confirmation.
Each product goes through a structured production process that includes component sourcing, assembly, system integration, functional testing, and final quality inspection. This ensures that every item shipped meets our internal standards and operational requirements. Our focus on quality and reliability means that production timelines cannot always be accelerated without compromising performance or safety.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Any changes requested after the order has been placed—such as modifications to specifications, configuration updates, or additional customization—may result in an extension of the production and delivery timeline. Customers will be informed promptly if such changes affect the estimated delivery date.
Please note that delivery times refer exclusively to production and shipping preparation and do not include potential delays caused by external factors such as courier disruptions, customs clearance, force majeure events, or local regulations. While we work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee transit times once the shipment has left our facilities.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, unless otherwise stated. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures may extend delivery times.
If an unexpected delay occurs during production or prior to shipment, we will notify the customer as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery timeframe. Transparency and clear communication are a priority throughout the entire order process.
